Fidelity Protective Services is led by Jonathan Plummer, who brings more than 15 years of combined law enforcement and physical security experience to the firm. A former Acting Sergeant with the Prince George's County Police Department, he worked across specialized response and rifle-qualified assignments, served as a field training officer developing and evaluating new officers, and was recognized as an expert witness in Maryland courts. That career, spent reading situations and making decisions under pressure, is the foundation Fidelity is built on.
Jonathan co-founded Fidelity alongside Daniel Abatangelo, a fellow Prince George's County law enforcement veteran, and has led its growth into a multi-state security operation. Under his direction the firm has expanded its footprint, deepened its supervision and reporting standards, and built the management structure that runs its contracts today. He stays directly involved in client relationships and site strategy, protecting commercial, retail, residential, government, healthcare, and executive clients.
His standard is the one at the core of the company: a uniformed officer is the visible part of the service, never the whole of it.
